Let's go SHOPPING!! It's time to clear out that fridge, empty the pantry and toss out anything that does not reflect self love and good health in the kitchen. After the kitchen purge, you can join me grocery shopping or I'll take the trip myself to pick up what you'll need.
I practice what I call, Label Consciousness. This involves researching ingredients, checking out nutritional facts and finding healthier alternatives to incorporate in your diet. *Multiple grocery stops will be made.
Now that you have healthier items in your kitchen to choose from, you now need a few things prepped plus a plan to go along with it.
I will prep your breakfast and dinner, to last 3-4 days in your provided containers.
